At Love to Dream AU, we want you and your baby to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unwashed condition.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed to meet our quality standards for a full refund or exchange.

  Submit Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
